Welcome to The Booty Blueprint, a 12-week program designed by me, Jay , for women who want to transform their glutes into a round, lifted, and sexy masterpiece. Here's What You'll Get: 1. Tailored Weekly Workouts: This program is divided into just 3 training days over the course of the 12 weeks. On each training day, you’ll complete 3 glute exercises and 2 upper body exercises sessions which will take as little as 30m. Each exercise is accompanied by detailed instructional tutorial videos with guidance on each set and recommendations on the weight used to complete each set. 2. Personalized Load Recommendations: Not sure how much weight to lift? No problem! Jay includes guidelines to help you determine the ideal starting load based on your current strength level. As you progress, we'll provide tips on how to safely increase the weight to keep challenging your muscles and maximize your results. 3. Progress Tracking and Adjustments: Track your progress with our easy-to-use progress sheets. You'll log your workouts, weights, and reps, making it easy to see your improvements over time.
