Hi, I'm Jason Cafferkey

I am passionate about health and fitness, especially discovering what drives others and creating personalized plans that help them achieve their specific goals.

My journey in health and fitness spans over 15 years, during which I transitioned from being a national champion in Athletics, specializing in the 100m and 200m sprints, to a dedicated coach. Initially focused on helping others become more efficient runners, I have since specialized in strength and conditioning training with an emphasis on plyometrics and explosive workouts.


Our award winning 12-week The Booty Blueprint Glute program is designed to provide you with an effective and enjoyable platform to transform your life.

For those seeking a more tailored experience, I offer 4 specific packages that can be completely tailored to your needs. If you already have a training plan, you can book a one-on-one online session with me for a personalized training guidance to boost your current goals.

I always take a patient approach, working gradually toward establishing a routine you can maintain, rather than pressuring you with intensive sessions and strict deadlines. My focus is on making personal health, fitness, and nutrition enjoyable – not something to be feared.


Together, we will gain an understanding of your current situation, where you want to be, and work toward reaching that goal in a way that makes sense to you.

Learning about what makes you tick is a big part of what I do, and I don’t impose deadlines if that doesn’t suit you.
